Wheat price graph
Thanks go to the reader who visited Farmers Guide stand at Cereals 2010. He suggested we put a simple graph in Grain and Fertiliser Gossip to show at a glance how grain prices have fluctuated over a period of time. Graham Henderson has sourced a graph from HGCA. Hope you will find it useful. We’re always happy to have (polite!) constructive feedback from readers or ideas for new articles etc so please email me at the above address should you suddenly have a Eureka moment! In the meantime enjoy the graph.
Shows and Demos
Summer Show season is almost over and review show features within this issue include Royal Norfolk and Lincolnshire Shows. Next month will see the autumn cultivation demonstration programme begin with preview features on NORMAC and the Tillage Event. We will also have a review on the Royal Welsh Show next month – a new show for us but with our increasing readership in the bordering Counties, our team was keen to attend.
