As a result of our continued growth and internal promotions, we have a number of exciting new opportunities within our tractor team. Positions are available across all areas of our tractor division in the UK, including Sales, Service, After Service (Technical) and Training.

In the UK we have seen significant growth in our tractor sales year on year and now require a number of individuals to fulfill specific roles within our team.

TRACTOR BRAND MANAGER
As Tractor Brand Manager you will be responsible for both the Tractor and Telehandler Product Management and the regional product support teams. Directly reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, your major responsibility will be to grow market share. This will involve driving product development forward, working in conjunction with the tractor factory in France.
You will need excellent communication skills to relay current product marketing information to our UK and Ireland dealer network, you will also provide technical support to the Sales team. Ideally from an agricultural background, with previous experience with tractor product, you will need to be highly motivated and able to focus on customer demands to help formulate innovative solutions to meet those demands. Proven IT skills to suit the role are a necessity. Based at our head office in Saxham, UK travel will be required on occasion, together with some overseas travel.
AFTER SALES / TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Working in the Technical department you will provide support to our full dealer network, to the After Sales team and to customers. You will liaise directly with the tractor factory in France reporting on product evaluation and modification so good communication skills are essential.
We’d need you to have proven experience in a similar role, have a sound knowledge of tractors, systems, controls, electronics and hydraulics and demonstrate an analytical approach to all technical matters. Based in the CLAAS Academy at Saxham, UK travel will be required on occasion, together with some overseas travel.
TRACTOR SALES TRAINER
Working as part of a small team and reporting to the CLAAS Academy Manager, you will provide technical sales training to the UK and Ireland Sales teams, from introductory level through to advanced diagnostics.You will plan and prepare course material and support the development of blended learning material for on-line training and assessments and video production.
We’d need you to have a knowledge of current industrial engines technologies and emissions control systems from OEM suppliers such as FPT/MTU/Perkins. You will have industry recognised qualifications and should be able to demonstrate sound practical experience. Based mainly in the CLAAS Academy there will be a requirement to deliver training at some of our other training locations in the UK and Ireland.
REGIONAL PRODUCT SUPPORT
As a Regional Product Support Specialist your primary task is to deliver product support to both the dealer network and customers by way of assisting at regional demonstrations, Shows and dealer events.
You will be self motivated and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Preferably from an agricultural background you will be competent in IT and have a sound knowledge of the tractor product.
You will enjoy ‘customer facing’ service in the support process and have a desire to ensure both customers and dealers are receiving the very best product support. Working closely with product management, day to day communication is important, providing feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction to assist with future planning. The position is regionally based and more than one region has an opportunity in for this role.
