Tractor Technical Support

What we are looking for:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated technical people to join us on the journey to become the #1 capital goods manufacturer in the world. You will need to be a self motivated and proactive problem solver with solid practical skills, an understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems and a ‘hands-on’ approach. In our customer-focused team you will need excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and respond to the challenges of a dynamic operating environment.

What you will do:

Based out of our Essex facility, assignments will cover:

  • Hands-on customer support and in-feld analysis.
  • Participation in the development of new products based on customer driven feedback.
  • Travel across markets and regions supporting our customers and dealer network.
  • Working with engineering and manufacturing teams on problem diagnosis and resolution.
