What will the role involve?

  • Providing professional technical support to the businesses dealer network
  • Assuming responsibility for service calls and the administration of warranties
  • Organising and performing individual demonstrations as well as trainings for dealers and farmers
  • Supporting the sales team with field days, trade fairs and other sales promotion activities to systematically establish the Lemken brand in your area
  • Supporting the spare parts distribution as well as train dealers as to spare parts management
  • Recognising market and innovation trends whilst working closely with marketing, product management and R&D located at the headquarters in Germany.

What will the successful candidate look like?

You will:

  • Have several years of experience in a service-oriented or mechanic position within the agricultural industry
  • Have a strong interest and knowledge in the farming environment
  • Have good technical understanding, knowledge in hydraulics and electronics
  • Have a high level of communication, intercultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a young and growing team
  • Possess proficient computer skills
  • Be ready to travel frequently within the UK and sometimes also to Germany.
