It will be the fifth book written by Mr Clarkson in the Diddly Squat series, following the success of Diddly Squat: Home to Roost that was published last year.

Penguin Books said that the book will consist of another year’s worth of “hilarious stories” from Diddly Squat Farm.

“Faced with uncooperative weather, bureaucracy, and the world’s persistent refusal to recognise his genius, our hero refuses to be beaten.

“Misery loves company, and in girlfriend Lisa, farm manager Kaleb, Cheerful Charlie and Gerald, his head of security, Jeremy’s got the best. And it’s hard to feel too gloomy with a JCB telehandler, a crop-spraying hovercraft and a digger in the barn,” the publisher has revealed.

The book is set to be released on 23rd October 2025.

Jeremy Clarkson’s partner and Clarkson’s Farm star Lisa Hogan has also recently announced the launch of her debut book, Animals And Other Eejits. She promised to take readers through a year in the life of the ‘nation’s favourite farm’.

What can we expect from season 4 of Clarkson’s Farm?

The announcement follows the release of Clarkson’s Farm season four.

The first four episodes of the programme, which is set at Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm in Chipping Norton, launched on Prime Video on 23rd May.

An additional two episodes were released 30th May, with the final two being aired on 6th June.

In season four, Jeremy Clarkson is taking on his most ambitious project yet, setting out to buy a pub that will reignite his farm-to-fork restaurant vision.

But the road to becoming a landlord is not exactly straightforward, and with new faces, new livestock and new machinery arriving at the farm, life at Diddly Squat is busier than ever.
