Man charged following incident with tractor driving through flooded high street

A man has been charged after driving a tractor through floodwater in Tenbury Wells last November.

Simon Morgan of St Michaels in Tenbury Wells has been charged with one count of dangerous driving and 16 counts of criminal damage, Malvern Hills Police confirms. 

The charges come after the incident on Teme Street on 24th November 2024. 

Morgan is set to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 6th November.
