LAMMA 2026: New 24m dribble bar launches
19th December 2025
Tramspread will launch a new 24m vertical folding dribble bar after thorough field testing of a prototype for the past 18 months.

The completely new boom folds vertically, making it suitable for use with any make and model of appropriately sized tractor. It is close-coupled, meaning it’s well-matched to tractors of around 150hp plus.
Heavy-duty and high-quality construction has been prioritised, making guy ropes unnecessary. The ability to fold down to 18m, with shut-off taps, has been retained from the existing 18/24m dribble bar. Other premium features include breakback end sections, electrohydraulic controls using power beyond and left/right variable boom geometry.
Pipework from the front-mounted swinging arm through to the two macerators is 5in in diameter to accommodate high flow-rates and maximum output. There is the choice of two market-leading macerators, from Alrena or Vogelsang.
When folded the new 24m model allows full access to the tractor pickup hitch so the applicator tractor can tow an engine driven pump unit between jobs. This means just one tractor is needed for running an umbilical spreading system when working with a front-mounted random wrap hose reeler, dribble bar and engine driven pump unit equipped with a suitable Tramspread remote control system.
