Reform UK pledges support for farmers arrested during today’s protest in London
26th November 2025
Nigel Farage MP has said that Reform UK will provide legal support for farmers who were arrested during today’s protest in London.

Thousands of farmers gathered in London today, 26th November, ahead of the budget announcement at 12.30pm.
A number of tractors also appeared in Central London this morning, despite the ban announced by the Met Police.
The Met Police posted on X last night: ‘People will still be able to demonstrate, however, conditions have been put in place to prevent protesters from bringing vehicles, including tractors or other agricultural vehicles, to the protest.
‘This decision was taken due to the serious disruption they may cause to the local area, including businesses, emergency services and Londoners going about their day.’
‘Reform UK will provide legal support to every farmer protesting peacefully today’
Nigel Farage MP has responded to reports that some protesters have been detained by police under unclear circumstances.
He promised legal support for farmers who protest peacefully today.
The Reform UK leader posted on X: ‘The planned farmers’ protest on Whitehall has been cancelled by the police at the last moment. They have come to London and are now being arrested. This is outrageous. Reform UK will provide legal support to every farmer protesting peacefully today.’
