Cefetra Ltd, a company with a trading volume of over 4 million tonnes of grain and products per year, has confirmed the acquisition of Premium Crops, a provider of premium and specialist crops, based in Hampshire, as of 2nd February 2018.
Andrew Mackay, MD of Cefetra said, “We believe the acquisition of Premium Crops adds value to growers, customers, and end users alike. We are thrilled to partner with a dynamic team that has such a great depth of expertise in speciality crops.” Premium Crops will be run as a division of Cefetra Ltd.
