Tallis Amos Group announces closure of Llanllwni depot
28th November 2025
John Deere dealer Tallis Amos Group has announced that its Llanllwni depot will close in December.

The depot, which opened three years ago, will close permanently on 24th December 2025, the company confirmed.

TAG explained that the site has operated during a challenging period for the agricultural sector; however, the decision to close it is largely due to a 36% reduction in tractor industry volume in southwest Wales. This significant decline has directly impacted the sustainability of the Llanllwni depot.
Simon Amos, director of Tallis Amos Group, said that the decision to close the Llanllwni depot was “difficult”.
“We are incredibly proud of the team at Llanllwni and the work they’ve done to support our customers over the past three years.
“However, bringing our Southwest Wales operations together at Narberth will allow us to strengthen our resources, improve efficiency, and continue providing the exceptional service our customers deserve.
“Our commitment to serving the farming community in Southwest Wales remains as strong as ever,” he added.
TAG’s wider plan
All Llanllwni team members have been offered relocation to the company’s Narberth depot.
TAG said that its Narberth depot is fully equipped with workshops for agricultural, lawn and ground care machinery, supported by an extensive parts department and a dedicated backup team.
The site also provides mobile service support and parts delivery, ensuring customers across Southwest Wales continue to receive fast, reliable assistance when and where they need it.
The company confirmed that the closure forms part of TAG’s wider plan to build a long-term, sustainable business, focusing on offering professional sales, parts, service, and precision technology support to agricultural and turf machinery customers across Southwest Wales.
