Clarkson’s Farm filming put on hold due to unfavourable weather

Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that filming for Clarkson’s Farm has been temporarily suspended following continuous rain since the beginning of the year.

Tom Bradshaw has been re-elected as NFU president. Paul Tompkins has been appointed as the union’s new deputy president, while Robyn Munt has been elected vice president.

Mr Clarkson wrote in his Sunday Times column: ‘There’s no filming happening on the farm at the moment, or farming.’

He explained that filming had to be placed on hold due to continuous rain.

‘It hasn’t stopped raining since the beginning of the year, so I can’t plant anything, and I can’t do anything with my cows either because we are still locked down by TB,’ he wrote.

Back in October 2025, the owner of Diddly Squat Farm revealed that some of his cows tested positive for bovine TB.

He then wrote on social media: ‘Bad news from Diddly Squat. We’ve gone down with TB. Everyone here is absolutely devastated.’

Season five of Clarkson’s Farm is set to air later this year, while season six has already been confirmed.
