As an avid supporter of UK agriculture, Kaleb is releasing the music video to raise awareness of the struggles farmers and the farming community are facing currently.

All profits from the single go to RABI farming charity.

Until now, the video to the tongue-in-cheek country rap, I Can’t Stand Sheep!, has been exclusive to theatre audiences on his hit national tour, The World According to Kaleb, but the video is now available on Kaleb’s YouTube and socials.

All for a brilliant cause

Kaleb Cooper said: “All the way through the tour, I’ve been asking the audience if they think I should release this music video into the wild.

“Well, your votes were cast and as promised, it’s coming out! However questionable my dance moves and rap skills are, it’s all for a brilliant cause.

“I hope this music video continues to raise awareness for the RABI. Farmers are going through such a challenging time, especially with the weather at the moment.

“It’s so important to make sure we are all able to talk about our problems and get help when we need it, which is where organisations like the RABI come in and do such incredible work supporting farming people in this country.”

Message for farmers

I Can’t Stand Sheep! includes an entertaining reflection of Kaleb’s well-known dislike of sheep, set to the iconic ‘The Floral Dance’ and, on a more serious note, also carries a poignant message to farming people who may be struggling or feel isolated, in what is increasingly becoming a pressurised profession.

Kaleb’s tour was produced by NLP Ltd, and ran for 37 performances between 25th January and 11th March, ending in Kaleb’s hometown of Chipping Norton, with a special charity performance at the Chipping Norton Theatre in aid of their 50th anniversary campaign.

RABI’s 24/7 helpline number (0800 188 4444) is included as part of the rap lyrics to raise awareness of the award-winning charity, which provides practical, financial, and emotional support services to farming people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
