The Mzuri Pro-Til iGen is a mounted direct drill designed for high-output, low disturbance seeding without compromising on establishment.

The focal point of this year’s display will undoubtedly be the Pro-Til iGen direct drill—a product designed to provide affordable crop establishment solutions without compromising on establishment.

Engineered with state-of-the-art technology, the Pro-Til iGen is designed for accurate drilling directly into stubble, cover crops and grassland and is a versatile tool for establishing a wide range of arable and cover crops. Its innovative design reflects Mzuri’s unwavering dedication to sustainability and efficiency in modern farming.

Based on the Mzuri Pro-Til core concept, the Pro-Til iGen features a leading tine to prepare a nursery seedbed, dual reconsolidation, and independent coulters as standard. With independent coulters arguably Mzuri’s most respected feature, it is no surprise the Pro-Til iGen boasts fully independent coulters, each with its own depth wheel which reconsolidates, but more importantly provides individual depth control of each coulter.

A simple mechanism is employed to control depth and pressure of the rear seeding wheels, offering exceptional seed placement accuracy across the width of the machine.

The Pro-Til iGen’s 2,200-litre tank is pressurised to provide consistent output, with the drill operating comfortably at speeds of up to 16kph. The Pro-Til iGen is fitted with a twin harrow bar as standard to achieve a uniform level surface, ideal for getting the best out of pre-emergence herbicides.

However, the Pro-Til iGen is just the tip of the iceberg. Mzuri’s showcase at LAMMA will encompass an extensive range of cutting-edge agricultural machinery and innovative solutions. From the Rehab Low Disturbance Subsoiler to the Rezult Stubble Rake, these offerings are set to elevate farming practices to new heights of productivity and sustainability, the company says.
