The Kramer brand is upgrading a huge model range to level 5 engines, as well as adding new features for increased comfort and an optimal driving experience for operators.

The models, including KT407, will be equipped with the Deutz TCD 3.6 level 5 engine with 100kW power. The exhaust after-treatment with DOC and SCR will be supplemented with a DPF as standard. For optimal visibility, the compact models from the KT306 to the KT407 are optionally available with a raised cabin. In addition, the exterior FOPS protective grating was modified to ensure a better view upwards. To increase safety and comfort, entry has been improved via a recess in the cabin floor. In addition, the models starting with the KT306, 3,000kg payload and up have a fourth steering mode – manual crab steering – where the wheel position of the rear tyres can be fixed, but still manoeuvred with the front axle – convenient when turning in tight spaces or when driving along the silo wall.

The KL55.8T telescopic wheel loader impresses with maximum stability, manoeuvrability and a constant payload. The model is also driven by a 100kW Deutz TCD 3.6 level 5 engine, with the Deutz TCD 4.1 offering 115kW as an option. The telescopic wheel loader is equipped with the ‘Smart Handling’ overload system. It prevents the vehicle from tipping over in the longitudinal direction. All-wheel, crab and front-wheel steering are available as standard. With a bucket tipping load of 5,500kg and a stacking payload of 3,900kg, the telescopic wheel loader is convincing, despite its low dead weight. It‘s equipped with a telescopic loader unit which gives the fully-fledged wheel loader the advantages of a telehandler.
